Exchange & Returns


We understand that there are times when you may change your mind or have an issue with your purchase.  With that understanding, we accept returns with some limited conditions below.

Any returns and/or exchanges must be made within Thirty (30) days of the original date of shipment.
Merchandise must be unworn or otherwise used and have the original Ingair tags.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the exchange or refund orders made to pierced earrings for obvious hygiene reasons. However, if your earrings have arrived faulty or damaged, we will undoubtedly provide you with a replacement with complimentary standard shipping.
Returns/exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit.
How do I return an item?

To ensure that your item(s) are eligible for return or exchanges, please review our criteria above.
Submit an email to service@Ingair.com informing us with the details of your return. Please include the following in your email:
Order/Invoice Number
Reasons for returning the item(s)
Picture of the item(s) to be returned
Whether you would like an Exchange or Refund
You will receive an email from us within 24 hours containing a Return Authorization Number and return label.
Package the returning merchandise with sufficient cushioning and ensure that you include this Return Authorization Number on your package.
We will email you once everything is processed and completed
